Welcome to Monday, my beautiful sisters!
We are officially stepping into a fresh week in the very heart of July, right in the middle of my glorious birthday month. Yesterday, during our Sovereign Sunday Shift, we took a sacred pause to pour into our spirits and rest our bodies. Today, as the collective energy picks up speed and the world demands our focus, we are choosing to address a topic that requires our deepest tenderness, mindfulness, and truth.
Welcome to Mindful Monday—and today, we are talking about what it truly means to move on.
People often talk about moving on like it’s a destination. We are conditioned to believe it’s a final, glossy place we arrive at where the past completely vanishes, the memory stops tasting bitter, and our bodies suddenly feel 100% untouched by what we’ve lived through. We treat it like a finish line where we can finally say, "I am completely over it."
But when you are a woman of impact who practices a trauma-informed commitment to her healing, you learn that moving on isn’t a place at all. Sometimes, moving on is just learning how to carry the weight without letting it define your direction.
The Architecture of True Deliverance
When we look back at the major shifts in our lives—whether it’s leaving behind a 24-year relationship, packing up your entire life to relocate 3,000 miles across the country to start a brand-new chapter, or navigating the unpredictable daily waves of a physical condition—the world expects us to just "snap out of it" and march forward.
But true Vitality is born when you stop rushing your healing and start wraping your timeline in radical acceptance.
Moving on with love means looking at your past and the pieces of your story that still feel heavy, and refusing to view them with contempt. Acceptance doesn't mean you approve of what hurt you, or that you pretend the grief and fatigue aren't real. Acceptance means you stop fighting the reality of your current landscape.
Your past and your challenges are part of the soil you grew out of, but they are not your horizon. You are allowed to feel the tenderness in your chest or the stiffness in your joints today, while simultaneously deciding that you are still building an empire, still choosing pleasure, and still ruling your life with absolute grace. The weight may be there, but your hands are on the steering wheel.
Carried by an Unshakeable Strength
Having God by my side on this journey of starting over has taught me that moving on is ultimately an act of holy surrender. When the memory feels heavy or the physical vessel feels tired, it is a reminder that we were never designed to carry the weight of our transitions using limited human willpower alone. The Creator did not build us to force the hustle or drag ourselves through our healing.
When you hand the weight over to the Divine, the pressure to "be perfect" completely dissolves. You realize that God doesn't wait for you to reach a flawless, unbothered destination before He can use you, bless you, or expand your coaching practice. He meets you right in the middle of the transition. He anchors your feet, comforts your body, and whispers that your steps are fully ordered. When you let His grace be your overflow, you can carry your story with a regal, upright spine, knowing that your ultimate victory has already been secured.
Aligning Passion, Pleasure, and Purpose on This Journey
Today, we are bringing love and acceptance into our core pillars as we move forward into this new week:
Pleasure: Give your body an extra dose of luxury today to honor what it carries. Slip into your softest, most comforting fabrics. Pour a warm, soothing drink and savor it slowly without looking at your phone. Let your body register that it is safe, cared for, and deeply loved right now.
Passion: Reclaim your creative fire without conditions. You don’t need to have your entire life or your physical health completely "figured out" to write the next chapter of your book, design your coaching programs, or dream a new dream. Your passion is sovereign.
Purpose: Your highest purpose is to lead from a place of authentic wholeness. When you show up for your clients and your community and openly honor your journey with love rather than shame, you become a lighthouse of freedom. You show other women that they don't have to be perfect to be powerful.
Your Mindful Monday Moving Practice:
The Weight-Bearing Release: Sit comfortably with a straight, regal spine. Place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your lower belly. Take five slow, deep belly breaths. On each exhale, feel the solid surface beneath you fully supporting your weight. Say out loud to yourself: "I am allowed to feel the weight, but it does not dictate my path. I am safe. I am moving forward in love."
The Sacred Acceptance List: Open your journal and write down one thing from your past or your current physical journey that you have been fighting or judging. Write underneath it: "I accept that this is part of my landscape right now, but it is not my final destination. I choose to love myself through it."
The Boundary Armor: Look at your schedule for the week ahead. If there is a task, a conversation, or an expectation that feels like it is adding unnecessary, draining weight to your nervous system, consciously delegate it, push it back, or drop it. Protect your temple fiercely.
A Monday Blessing for Your Sovereign Journey:
May a profound wave of physical comfort, deep validation, and divine peace flood your space today. May the Heavenly Father grant you the grace to look at your reflection with absolute love, quieting any phantom guilt about your pace. May He soothe every area of tension or inflammation in your body, make your joints feel fluid, and wrap your nervous system in absolute safety as you take your next steps. You are a masterpiece, you are entirely sovereign, and you are beautifully moving into your elevation.
Happy Monday, loves! As we continue to celebrate this beautiful birthday month, how are you choosing to bring love and acceptance to your unique journey today?
